About Olga Edwards Jewellery

'My range of handcrafted jewellery is inspired by nature and combines the beauty, colour, texture and vibrational energy of natural gemstones with the clean, youthful, simplicity of sensual sterling silver.

I love the individuality of semi-precious gemstones. Each has their own colouration, inclusions and markings which mean that each piece of jewellery created from them is unique.

Each jewellery item is designed to best combine the colour, shape and size of the various gemstones, bringing them together with precious sterling silver. I aim for balance and to create jewellery pieces which are fashionable, stylish and yet have a timeless, classical feel.

My jewellery is comfortable, made to be worn and crafted to draw the eye. They are however, also heirloom pieces, which can be saved and passed on to future generations.

All of my jewellery is handcrafted in the UK.'

Olga studied design at Tameside College gaining a Higher National Diploma in 2001. An experienced designer, decorative painter and teacher, Olga is now completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Education at Huddersfield University.
